WHAT'S |
THE DANCE STUDIO IS OPEN When we took in the 45 rabbits from the Tacoma abuse case, we had to really hustle to find enough caging to fit into the barn and keep everyone safe. Unfortunately some of the bunnies had to go into fairly small cages and Sue was really feeling sorry for them but of course the alternative would have been death. One weekend she decided she would build a nice safe outdoor enclosure that the bunnies could go out in and gets some exercise and have some fun in. She built all this in two days. WELL, once those bunnies got out there, the dancing began. The bunnies were spinning, jumping in he air, running full speed in circles, jumping up on the boxes, running through the tunnels and just having a great time. So came the name "The bunny dance studio". The structure is just outside the kitchen window and it is great to look out and see so many happy bunnies. In good weather, we have nice lounge chairs to just sit outside and enjoy the dances. All the bunnies are now out of the small cages and some have even been adopted! So life is good and everyone is still dancing.
